  Return

  We will refund or reship if the package did not arrive for one reason or the other. A full refund of the actual cost of the package or a reship of the same product(S) ordered. Customers are given the choice to choose either a total refund or reship. If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be arranged for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home during collection, you may leave the goods somewhere safe. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half.
